I have started to put in to practice the info of Tom's DVD since a couple of weeks and I am progressing fast! So fast in fact that I have intrigued my younger sister and now she wants to do the stretching too.

I progressed pretty fast so far I think because I had at least a little background in strength training(100kg squat for 5 reps, 94 kg clean and jerk @ 69 bodyweight, age 17).
She is a 15 year old advanced tennis player who suffered a shoulder injury due to muscular imbalances(strong anterior deltoids+pectorals+trunks flexors, while weak in the posterior deltoids+ rotator cuff+spinal errector+romboideus etc)
She started olympic style lifting in october on my advice in order to strengthen the weak muscles(good advice, right

My question is: does she have to start with the beginner's workout, since she only cleans 40kg at 50 kg bodyweight(not a double bw deadlift at all) or just let her wait untill she reaches adequate levels of back strength for the specific strength exercises and isometrics?
