Requirements for Instructors of My Method of Increasing Flexibility, Part 1

by Thomas Kurz

Below is the first one of a list of minimal requirements for instructors of my method of increasing flexibility and strength. The requirements are not intended for professional instructors, as those would be people with university-level education in sports training. The requirements list just the minimal knowledge needed by amateur instructors to do no harm while instructing and conducting workouts.

1. Show and explain the proper form of a kettlebell deadlift, a barbell deadlift, a back squat, a goblet squat, and an overhead squat, as well as the role of these lifts in simultaneously increasing strength and flexibility.

These lifts are taught on the Flexibility Express DVD and in many freely available resources, so I skip describing and explaining them here. I recommend you view the following videos.
