For books shipped to U.S.A. addresses shipping and handling is $4.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book (same title or a mix of titles).
For all foreign orders (including Mexico and Canada) shipping and handling is $24.00 for the first book and $4.00 for each additional book.
DVDs
DVDs are shipped free to U.S. addresses. Shipping of DVDs to foreign addresses (including Mexico and Canada) costs $18.00 for the first DVD and $4.00 for each additional DVD. To foreign addresses we ship DVDs by Air Mail.
We ship all domestic orders by Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
We ship all foreign orders by Air Mail.
Priority Mail or First Class Mail from VT to anywhere in U.S.A. usually takes up to 4 business days.
Air Mail from U.S.A. to Canada takes 7-14 business days.
Air Mail from U.S.A. to other countries takes 2-3 weeks.
