Return Policy
Our guarantee applies only to products bought directly from Stadion Publishing. If you are not happy with Stadion’s merchandise, return it in good condition within 90 days of the date of purchase, and we will refund the price of merchandise (less our cost of shipping and handling)!
Within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise we will refund your money. If you have paid by check or money order we will send you our check with the refund. If you used a credit card or PayPal we will credit your card account or PayPal account.
For merchandise returned as “UNCLAIMED” or “UNDELIVERABLE” we will refund the price of the merchandise, less the following: shipping costs charged by the carrier for attempting to deliver the unclaimed items to you and for returning the unclaimed items to us, any other costs charged to us for returning the items, and $15.00 processing fee. Credit to your account will be issued in the original form of payment.
How to return your purchase for a refund:
• Book or video has to be in good condition, not torn, bent, soiled, or broken. You can view the video before deciding that you do not want it. We sell high quality information and do not play cheap tricks such as requiring that the videos remain in shrink-wrap.
