Thank you for your quick response Mr. Thomas Kurz and for you sharing your expertize.
yes i have begun doing the stance a month and a half on days I dont do weight lifting for legs..
how about pushing myself in last sets, over the pain limit... or should i only go to the most comftable maximum.. and do the weight we put on the stretch tense our muscles automatically or do we do tense it extra hard..
Bye
Deniz.

i ve been stretching for 3 weeks now an i ve gotten to a point where i find myself not able to progress further. I focus on dynamic an isometric training but i still cant progress past where i am.
I found a video on you tube(not me)Where the guy in it is at the same height i am at the mo. gUESS he s happy where he s at since he s doin well in K1.
How do i go lower?

Hi.
In my opinion, 3 weeks is a very short time. It's easy to plateau for that length of time even if you are doing everything right.
Stick with it and concentrate on your form and strength increases. If you are doing everything correctly, you will start to improve again. Flexibility progression is not a linear thing. You can't assume because you improved by 1 inch this month, you will improve by 1 inch again next month. If you get anxious and try to force the situation you will just injure yourself and be even further from you target.
It's different for everyone, but most people takes months, rather than weeks, to get splits. Don't get too stressed about it. It will happen.
Cheers
