Stretching

Hi

Whenever I start a new flexibility programme, I find that I make huge gains in the first few days then I gradually tighten back up again. After a fortnight or so, any progress I have made stops and I start to revert back to being tight.

I was wondering if anyone could offer any feedback on whether this is normal?

. Why do you keep changing the stretching routines? I remember I was on a stretching routine for more than a year, before finding the info on this forum.
I believe (that's my case) that you should improve your stretching routine (or whatever) gradually, and not change oftenly.

Pay attention to your body and make the necessary changes.
