I just want to open a topic regarding everyone here. I wanted us to share something intimate: out current level of flexibility. If this subject doen't bother you I shall start first: eventhough I haven't performed any serious stretching session for the past 3-4 months, my flexibility is still good. I can do both full front splits without any warm-up and I have 4-5 inches to go till full side split. That's good, considering the fact that i stretch once 2 or 3 weeks, and that for 5 minutes
