Question: Is it possible through continued dynamic stretching to eventually kick above one's head with no warm up and never do any form of static passive or static active stretching (i.e. relaxed, isometric or active stretching)?
Or is a certain amount of static passive stretching required in order to facilitate a greater ROM in dynamic stretching? I am a Taekwondo player and I want to know if it is possible to throw full power head high kicks with no warm up without ever doing a single relaxed, isometric or active stretch, just dynamic?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
