Question about isometrics
Question about isometrics
Hi all, just got the book and got a question at the moment. I just want to find out if I must warm-up before isometrics, that's all. So, should I warm-up before attempting isometrics?
Thanks guys! Well, I just got the book with the help of a good friend ( he's more than a friend, he's one of my intructors, thankx again) and was curious. Yesterday I tried, for the first time, the method in the book, without a warm-up, and felt good.
I asked this because I wanted to know how do you guys do. For example, I just did 2 sets of isometrics for front split and did them afterwards fully. I am very impressed by the speed of improvement.
The side split is a little tricky at the moment but hope for best results.
Thanx again!
