I've injured my back more than two years ago and injured my knee last february.
After many mornings of Qi Gong (Chi Kung) and Taiji (Tai Chi) my back starts to get better. I've seen MANY doctors and the last one I've seen, and the last forever told me that I have a mechanical backpain and there's not much I can do about it. It usually takes a lot of time to heal... if it does heal... ,But I'm healing, that's the point. I've been recommended to go in Applied Kinesiology but it seems I won't even need that. I say this because I don't want you to suggest me anything for my injury, I know where I'm going, I know what I should do. So that doctor also told me just strengthen your lower back, abs and thighs.
As for the knee, it's apparently a Patella Femoral Syndrome, a really common injury. I've been suggested to strengthen the muscles surrounding the knee joint such as hamstrings, quads, even calves.
I used to go in Physiotherapy for my back where they told me I should do the exercises they gave me at least twice a day, three times if possible. But after reading Stretching Scientifically and watching Secrets of Stretching, I don't know what I should do.
So what I know is that I need to train A LOT my abs, quads, hamstrings, calves and lower back. But should I do the exercises everyday twice a day as the physio told me? But I'm also following a regular training (which won't worsen my conditions don't worry) but if I'm doing the exercises everyday then it won't work with the rules of Mr. Kurz like Technical training before Strength then day of rest, etc. I want the best progess in endurance, strength and every other aspects of these muscles I listed.
What should I do?
I'd really appreciate some help!
injuries & training(would be nice if M. Kurz could answe

I don't know for sure but i would assume there is a difference between your rehab exercises and strength training for sports performance(sets, reps, intensity, volume, workload, etc).
You need to determine(from a GOOD professional, not self diagnosis) whether you are still in a rehab stage or if you can train as anyone else with out injury.
