Stretching NOT good for you?
This might be a surprise--but only for those who have not read my book Stretching Scientifically ( http://www.stadion.com/stretch.html ). Read it and you will see that I told you so.

Stretching NOT good for you?
Most likely. To make sure look up recent publications by lead researcher Stephen Thacker from Centers for Disease Control. Try Medline or PubMed ( http://www.ncbi.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi ) or just find the site of Centers for Disease Control.
Actually, at PubMed there is an abstract of an old (2004) article by Stephen Thacker and others on stretching at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/quer ... s=15076777 . Buy the original or e-mail the authors and you will know what they mean by stretching.
