i need a step by step video that shows EXACTLY what to do to improve flexibility,is there one like this ?
i bought the book stretching scientificly but its to much for me, (ive been hit in the head alot LOL)

The video secrets of streching - exercises for the lower body will be good for you.
As for streching scientifically, pick it up again and skip to the dynamic stretrching section. The first 40 pages are the science part and although will help, the real stuff you need to know about doesn't start until page 41, the section on dynamic stretching.

I have been stretching for 10 months now and im full front splits and 2 inches or so from side splits. Just make your goal small achivable and most of all look fwd to stretching and enjoy stretching....
