Im just a beginner and cant touch my toes. If i do just DYNAMICS can i get where i can do the splits? or do i need to do all the routines.

Can you make a schedule for me. MON-SUN. You dont have to put the exercises down,just the routines like DYMAMICS, STATIC STRETCHESand the other stretches. i just dont know what to do. I know i have to do DYNAMIC STRETCHES but then after then what do i do next so if you can . Will you make a schedule for MON-SUN

To become flexable you will have to combine different stretches,
depends on what you want out of your flexibility training.
Dynamic leg lifts are great i have been doing them twice a day now for 1 year and i can easly kick head height anytime.
I have combined Isometric stretches, I did isometric stretches first as i wanted to also strengthen my stretches i did these 4 times a week.
now i combine all dymanic, iscometric, and now i can do front splits both ways and also im just about full box splits.
