Need expert advice!

Post by harley10 »

I would like to know how I should train. I work 4 days on, and off 4 days. On my days off I train in KUK SOOL each day, however, I am unable to train on my work days because the hours are long. If I could make some time to do any kind of training, or stretching after work, what should I be focused on in order to better myself. Also, is 4 days off too much between training days and working days?

Keeping up with daily dynamic stretches and relaxed stretches should not be difficult, because it should not take more than 30 minutes at least, and it is relaxing. It is good for you after work.

Depending on how your on days and off days are situated within a week, you can add strength exercises before your stretching.

If you have the book Stretching Scientifically it gives you all the information you should need to develop a training program around any situation and circumstance you might have. Just read and apply the knowledge there.
