poor flexibility

Post by leo_uqz »

Hi, I´m from Argentina, Sorry if my English is not the best.
I have a very poor Flexibility in my abductors, Imagine that I can open only 90 degrees. I never see somebody with less flexibiliy than me. I have 22 years and I will start with the "secrets of stretching" method of stadion the next week. If I practice all the days (or all days is recomended in the DVD) How long It takes to do a split 180 degrees aprox.??????????

I´m very disciplined.please, tell me what do you think. I can wait, no problem, but I want to know some experience.

With my old streching method, I do it 3 times a week but I don´t see results, I have more flexibility after stretch, but the next day is the same... I don´t know why?

see you

"With rational training, visible gains in flexibility take a couple of days; in strength, about a week; and for endurance, several weeks." http://www.stadion.com/column_stretch29.html (first dot point)

Read this: http://www.stadion.com/injuries_posture.html (Yes, it applies to you.)

Recommendation: Post your workouts in the "Exercise Routine" section. If you begin to have difficulties or you have questions, posting your workouts will make it easier for Kurz and others on the forum to assist you.

"Rational Training": figure out what means by reading the articles posted on this web site (http://www.stadion.com/column.html) and watching the ENTIRE DVD several times.

Good luck.
