I recently purchased Kurtz's "Stretching Sicentifically" and have begun to perform Dynamic Stretching in the twice-a-day manner described in Chapter 3.
My first dynamic stretching cycle is performed moments after I awaken in the morning at around 7 a.m. The second cycle is performed at the start of my warmup for my ITF Taekwon-do workout. These workouts are, usually, in the early evening (6 p.m. or 7 p.m.).
My question is whether the effectiveness of my stretching is being curtailed because of the 11/12 hour interval between the stretching cycles.
