i think most people here who have actually tried this method will vouch for it. I know it has made a big impact on my flexibility (both dynamic and static) but also on my overall fitness and health. following the methods outlined in this site and in Mr Kurz books and videos has really impacted my training.

One year ago I had back pains and could barely kick above waist level. now after following his advice to see a good Ak doctor and then following his guidelines in training, I am fitter than I have been in about 10 years, have lost weight (about 10 kg- loved the articles on diet and training) and can now kick high with no warm up.

try it for yourself. read the advice and then put it into your planning.

- Now...about 6 months
Guest wrote:Can you split?
- Almost there...massive improvement
Guest wrote:What is a Ak doctor?
- A chiropractor qualified in Applied kinesiology

- Because as I mentioned in my last post, before training Mr Kurz method I suffered from back pain (which is now gone). If you have no injuries, then you would have no need to see a doctor.

Seems to me you need to stop asking questions and put something into action. Some questions for you:
How are you currently training? what are your goals? what are you doing to reach them?

It does work. It does not require special equipment and you should not use a partner.

Your race is irrelevant.

You can order all Kurz's materials right here on this website. The delievery time is very rapid. The book goes into more detail whereas the video will show you step-by-step what to do. I'll go on a limb here and suggest that you get the video.

I am not Kurz but I cannot imagine he would make that kind of guarantee. Like most things in life, this method requires effort on the part of the practitioner. Kurz can't give a guarantee unless he could receive some sort of guarantee from you that you are going to follow his method to the letter.

Sometimes you have to take a risk to get where you want in life. This is one of those times. In addition to our testimonials, I encourage you to do a search for "Thomas Kurz" on the internet. You'll see that he is a well-respected authority on stretching methods.
