I want to develop my hamstrings strength for high front kick (kakato geri).
I'm trying the stiff-legged deadlift but it recruits more fibers on the lower part of my hamstrings. Which exercises do you recommand for the upper part of the hamstrings (which are highly used during high front kick) ? I want to focus on the area between the buttocks and the upper part of the hamstrings.
