Hello! eventhough 2007 wasn't a happy year for me, I want to say hi to the remaining/active members of this forum. How are you? My name is Crazyboy and I'm back in business!

currently my horse stance is on the cusp of turning my feet out but they seem stuck, it doesn't feel painful just awkward, shud i just let it happen or is there some way to speed it up?
Happy to be back and to give a helping-hand, if needed. You are a rookie, huh? No worries, you'll find that progress comes quickly if you are sharp-minded, ambitious and, most important, open-minded.
Ask a question and you'll see how many will try to help you. I'll try it myself! tell me where can I help you and I'll try! My speciality are front splits, and a lil'bit of side!
any tips that you have i would like to read. anything to increase the speed in which i gain the splits. i'm game for nething., apart from sumo splits. where some guy jumps on ure back ow. lol
heres a question though what was ure training regimen for gaining the splits?
Sorry to post so late: I don't have a daily access to an internet connection! My regime??? Wow! If you look around you'll find an old topic started by me, asking a lot of questions! This is the link: http://stadion.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=395
As for my regime: most of training for the splits was without weights. Basically, I selected a handfull of positions which I thought they were crucial for obtaining the result I wanted and practiced them daily, at first, and once-in-a-while, after. Follow the advices in the book and you'll have the result you are after!
