Doing the excerises in water?
Can you do the dynamic stretching in water? Plus will doing some strength excerises in water be good, since there is, like, more weight, and that it would be easier. For instance, with strengthening your inner thigh by holding your leg out to the side (if it does strengthen your inner thigh), the water can support that leg more.
Dynamic stretches under water would become static active stretches as you would be fighting against the resistance.
The same for holding your leg out to the side-It would only intensify the affect on the outer thigh.
I know a few people who do strength exercises in water.Rocky Marciano used to do 25x3 minute rounds of shadow boxing under water.The theory being,if he could perform 25 rounds in water he could perform 15 rounds in a ring easier.
Never tried it myself,i can't swim!
