Flexibility and leg swings
Another question regarding the dynamic stretches, if I have a pain in the hamstrings resulting from isometric stretching will dynamic leg swings make it worse or affect it somehow? because the pain has been with me now for a while although i have stopped isometrics for almost 2 weeks.

The kind of pain I have is a bit hard to describe, but the thing is i get this pain whenever i do relaxed or isometric front or side splits with toes pointing up, it comes and goes and this has been since I was 14 and im 20 now. I have come to the conclusion that it is because I follow a rigid schedule and don't get enough rest. I used to do isometrics every other day and now i want to do them every 3rd day if the pain goes away.
The pain is above the knees yes and roughly where the hamstrings on the upper back of the thighs...sometimes it feels as though the pain radiates downwards. I have this on both legs, but it didnt used to exist on the right leg until i once did a 360 kick and the pain existed since then.
Right now as i am sitting i just feel it slightly like some numbness but if i stretch it gets worse, if i wait a week or two without any stretches it goes away.

I had a similar pain I developed it while performing an "axe kick" and I was not warmed up properly and after that pain would sometimes appear in the morning leg swings (If I wasn't very careful). I don't know if it is the same thing with you but in my experience I was to weak and not flexible enough, even though I performed isometrics. Strenght exercises helped me and now I started again with isometrics.
