information on relaxed stretches for martial art and lifting
I cant bend my knees with weigts because i have bad knees, i cant do squats, morning afters, front lunges, side lunges because of my knees. Is there other stuff i can do to build up my legs. Can i do relaxed stretches without lifting weights for my legs? I know i cant do isometric stretches untill i build up my legs.
