do you think I can use also these exercise as warm up (with light weight)??

adductor pull down/fly as warm up exercises??
Anything that gets the blood pumping can be used as a warm up,so i guess you could do them.
The only thing is you would not be able to perform them with the same intensity/volume as when you perform them as a dynamic strength exercise.It would be better to choose a different activity as a warm up and save those exercises for the end of your workout when you can use them for what they are intended.
Any fatigue during the warm up would impair your later performance.
