If you're doing the weight exercises(good mornings,SLDL,snatches),i'd do only one of these.
If you're doing the bodyweight exercises,i've had success performing them as circuit training.

so far im doin bodyweight.
im interested more in seeing if i can do alot of my routing without
weights. im just getting back into it after a short break so im easing
myself back into it.

i prefer the sound of body weight training. i have done weights in the past
and im keen to see if i can produce the same results without weights.

so you can do all these as bodyweight excersizes?

Good mornings,SLDL,and snatches would be ineffective as bodyweight only exercises as there is no resisitance. The others are bodyweight exercises though.

If you are interested in bodyweight training there are some good articles here:-
