The material looks like it's taken from Kurz/Tsatsouline.
His marketing looks like it was done by matt furey.

Maybe i'm being unfairly biased, but as soon as i see "dynamic stretches","mobility drills",and "eastern Europe" i can't help feeling it's the same info i've already read that's just being re-wrote.

Who knows,it may be something different that can help. The book is only $22.95 so it isn't that much if it turns out that some of the things you've read before.

I've seen/read a lot of material on stretching and think the only "secret" is dedication and hard work.

If you do get the book let us know one way or the other what it is like.

I have seen it before, I highly doubt you will get as much info as you get from the DVD Secrets of Stretching.

looks like he is just re-packaging Kurz but without any proof it works. Why risk your money when Kurz/Tsatsouline have lots of supporters and more importantly testimonials.

I was curious, so I just ordered it. Guess you can never learn enough about streching...
Seems like he combined Kurzes streches with some interesting elastic band exercises - so you don t have to go to a gym for strenghth exercises.
It also seems there are some more detailed workout-plans.
That IS interesting for me.
Gonna tell you more after having tried it out. :D

Less general information in there. Like less phisiology. More prescription and sequenceses. I just like "collecting" materials on stretching so I have everything from stretching sci, to yoga to pilates.
And everything has something unique to offer.
