i have a problem i would be glad if someone could give an advice
i ve been doing dynamic stretching twice a day since january and true is that i haven´t noticed much progress in the height of my kicks
actually i can kick the level of my head with a llitle warm up but i really want to kick above of my head (my brother is very tall and i barely touch his chin with my foot )
if someone can help me i would be in debt
