Hi all, i practice kickboxing and i wanted to incorporate more wise strength training into my training week, iam coming from starting strength (this and variations).Could you, or mayby Pan Tomasz , could help me with creating a plan for 2 days of strength training ? i know that lower rep scheme would be ideal something along 2x5 , 3x3 mayby ?
p.s im actually saving some money to buy science of training
