Is there any BW exercise that will strenghten low back for leg raises on floor and v-ups.
I workout for fittness and am not MA.
Iuse BW only and no equipment. What u think of Bridging.
Also does doing leg raises full ROM to floor behind head(like yoga) damage spine over long term. I'm 50 yo male. Thank you Choochoo.

For BW exercies I would go with bridging - I personally get good results from it.
As for the leg raises you describe - I have seen 90 year old plus people who have been doing it for 50 years + and they are still doing it! So I think it's best to listen to your body, they may be good for some people and not for others. But the same is true of any exercise.
