One hamstring longer than the other.

Post by Alex Hughes »

Hi guys.

My left hammy stretches considerably further than my right, and relaxes into the stretch much more quickly. I drive for a living so I've always though the relative immobility of my right leg accounted for this difference but lately I'm not so sure. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

I think you need to establish whether the hamstring is shorter or just tighter.
If one leg is used differently from the other during constant activity(in your case your job),it could account for imbalances of strength/flexibility.
