Considering the way u train, by the time u reach your black belt test, u will be too exhausted. Thomas Kurz does mention that athletes train hard and give them a certain amount of rest(about 2 weeks). This rest could be of low intensity exercises that will help u recover and by the time your test come u will be in your best condition.
U seem to do too many things in one day. I don't know how u train, but i don't see how u can lift weights almost everyday. Do u do differents parts of your body or do u train your whole body every single day? Lifting weights almost everyday stresses your nervous system.( in Science of Sports Training). Also running after weight lifting will lose strength gains. U should priortize your workouts. This article can help u arrange your workouts (http://stadion.com/column_stretch17.html ). It seems that u are in very good shape. I think that slowing it down a bit and give u time for recovery will help u maintain that peak performance.
Good luck on your test!

I only train chest, back and shoulders day 1 and 3 sets only plus abs everyday
and legs are trained with my stretching as i do heavy Isometric stretches.
I dont train weights for size but rather strength.
Im feeling great I will be having a week off just before my test to fully recover.
Thank You for your imput
