I read earlyer on this forum but i cannot find it anymore. Can anyone write down the main exercises for strenghtening the knees for splits? My adductors / hips, evey leg muscles is handling the training load very well, it's just the knees that giving me problems. Doing legswings on dynamic stretching days, and my knees get sore as always due to buckling in while it is a lack of strength in my knees.
I remembering something like hindu squats, or deep sumo squats in controlled motion said by Mr. Kurz?
Can anyone enlight me? (Mr Kurz?) I would appreciate your time.
