BALISTIC VS DYNAMIC

Post by Guest »

Whow can i get a explanation for the differences?
Can i see dinamic streching exercises as pain free?
There is some literature(Scienceof flexibility, Atler, 99) that consider balistic exercices for martial arts as providers of improvement in dinamic flexibility, it seems it only works with very well trained atheltes.

You wanted a comment, here it is: the difference has already been discussed at least twice on this very forum. Next time use the search function before starting a new thread.
