stretching help

Post by Ice_cut »

I live in east europe and i have tryed to find any information about stretching like books magasines&etc.but it's impossible to find something here.So maybe some of you could help me wiz finding a good web page on internet were i could find different stretches for legs.(martial art training). It should be wiz pictures. It's not easy to find something like that on the net so i thought maybe you know were to find something like that.Im not looking for some cheap articles to buy for they are usually a waste of money as i have heard from people who have payd for such things. And If i would want to buy something then there is a little change that it will arrive here were i live.+the shiping bill would be very high.
Im looking forward for you'r ideas were i could find information about streching.

thank you

Perhaps we could help you better if you explained what kind of information you are looking for that isn't already explained in great detail in the articles from Mr. Kurz column for TaeKwonDo Times which you can find on this very web site. Based on your question, it seems as though these articles are perfect for you.
