Hips: Internal Rotation
I have poor internal rotation of the hips and I'm having some trouble improving. It's preventing me from completing a squat to parallel with my toes pointed straight ahead, there is too much tension in my groin half way down and I can't go any further. I also can't turn over a round kick because of this. I really don't even know of any good stretches for internally rotating the hips. Help would be greatly appreciated.
