I know that in Mr. Kurz's book, Stretching Scientifically, he explains that it takes about 2-3 days for the muscles to recover after doing isometric stretches in a workout. However, I am wondering as to how long it takes for the muscles to recover when doing the other types of stretches (dynamic active stretches, static active stretches, static passive stretches) without doing any isometric stretches during the day?
