A little dynamic problem

Post by Daffy_Duck »

I'm new here so first of all, hello every one.

I just bought Kurz's book "Streching Scientifically", which by the way is an awesome book, and i started doing the dynamic routine.

But now you could say that i ran in to a little problem, because when i do the "front leg raises", and "leg swing from outside to inside", on my right leg, my groin/hip area says a "funny" sound, a it hurts quite a lot.

So i wondered if any one could tell, how to get rid of it, and avoid it in the future, and maybe tell if i'm doing anything wrong.

Thanks for taking your time to read my post : )
