Strengthening Adductors

Post by Tmess »

Is this exercise a good adductor strengthening exercise -seems to work through the entire ROM?
I ask because the advanced exercise TK uses in his videos require cables - was wondering if this was a good alternative when working the adductors.

The video uses the powerslide tool (http://www.athleticinnovation.com/tour.php) but seems you could get similar benefits on a hardwood floor with some socks and stoppers.

Not in the form shown on the clip.

Adductor pull-downs are easier--which is why I show them on the DVD.

For the pull-downs, one thing I always wonder is how do you progress with the height, and as you reach greater RoMs, you need to tilt your pelvis down right?
