2 things.
Can i do my flexibility workout, (which is aerobic activity, dynamic stretching and then relaxed stretching) before i do my martial art lessons. Also after doing the relaxed stretching, can i do dynamic stretching to see how more flexible i am.
The second thing. To be honest, i wasn't that flexible to start off with and this is my fourth week into the training. It wouldn't take me more than 6 months to do the splits full would it? I mean it might.

The test you wish to perform to see how much more flexible you are:-
Your maximum range of motion during dynamic stretches should be reached at the beginning of your workout after a general warm up anyway,so performing them after relaxed stretches wouldn't/shouldn't give you better results.
2-The kurz material says you can reach your full flexibility potential within a few months. However,i assume(maybe incorrectly) that this time starts when you can perform the full flexibility training,i.e-When you are strong enough to perform isometrics(which aren't recommended for someone your age).
I'm unsure of an estimated length of time for someone performing relaxed stretches. This would greatly depend on your current levels of flexibility, fitness, and conditioning.
