thanks again dragon, hopefully i get the book today and be able to have a go at it. what i do at the moment is basic exercises everyday

squats, special pysio leg exericses (inner abductor strengtheners so the knees dont go inwards as they are now)push ups, leg raises, back extensions, ab crunches

its not very challegning, and i only do 2 sets at the most with about 20 reps.
