Will this stretching plan work?

I have read the 4th edition of Streching Scientifically and think this is a plan that might work for me. Any comments? I am looking for a plan and would appreciate input, give me detail. Front splits, not suspended.
Mon
Dynamic in morning & afternoon; side kick - level, round house - high
Isometric in the evening
Tue
Dynamic in morning & afternoon; side kick - level, round house - high
Aductor flyes, leg curls, leg press front lunge, squats
Isometric and relaxed in the evening
Wed
Dynamic in morning & afternoon; side kick - level, round house - high
Leg raises, jump rope different kicks
Relaxed stretches
Thu
Dynamic in morning & afternoon; side kick - level, round house - high
Class
Isometric
Fri
Dynamic in morning & afternoon; side kick - level, round house - high
Ax kick, hook kick, spin kick
Isometric
Sat
Strength workout with emphasis on speed

Dynamic stretches: arm swings and leg raises
Isometric: Horse stance
Relaxed: neck, wrist, arms, trunk adn legs

How are you finding this schedule? Has it helped your flexibility?
It seems to me that it would be good to make Wed a little lighter...but it is a while since you posted this message, so I am interested in how you went training with this schedule.
