Hello
I am a 39 year old martial artist that is just getting serious about doing the front splits.
I run on Mon.,Wed. and Fri. so that is the day's I am stretching. I get down as far as I can then do a 20 sec. isometric contraction then I go down futher. I do this three or four times.
I also do 10 dynamic kicks in the am. Is this the way I should be going about it? Any suggestions ?
