If I want to improve my static active flexibility only because I want to be able to perform "pistols" (one leg squat), will doing only leg extension to the front from all of the static active stretches will do? won't this create imbalance and injuries? Does this apply to every similiar situation?
Another one - Doesn't regular strength training will be enough to prepare me for isometrics? the high rep is a must?
