On days when I lift weights, I do a full body routine. So should I do all of the dynamic stretches from Mr. Kurz's stretching book as part of my warm-up for the full body weightlifting routine.
During non-workout days, should I do the stretches from Mr. Kurz's book that I don't do right after one of my workouts?
Also, after you do your workout, how many minutes of isometric and/or relaxed stretching do you do during the cool-down?
