IT MUST BE ANOTHER TRICK

Post by michele29 »

Hello,
I have been practicing for almost 2 years:
- adductor flys (now 100 reps no weight)
- adductor pulldown (10 reps with 30 kg)
- Hanging leg raise ( 10 reps)
- and of course Isometric
I admit i didn't follow the step by step procedures , but my ROM is still /°\ .... very far from a decent 160-170 degrees (I'm not saying 180°, too much for me).
May be I missed the focal point on the DVD...

help....

Make sure you do your isometric stretching for the side split in a deep horse-riding stance (it is shown on the DVD).

Study those posts:

Good luck and send before-and-after photos

But then, without the "before" photo, how will people know how much progress have you made? Such "before-and-after" photos could inspire and persuade that the result is due to the method and not to a talent.
