As i wrote in an earlier post i couldn't stretch or train my legs for a couple of months due to an injury. I was afraid my flexibility will decrease a lot but to my surprise i was able to get the front splits in my first isometric session for about 4 months. The side split was harder but today (i think it was the 4th or 5th stretching session) I finally got it again! I'm still not as strong as before and need a few contractions to get down but i'm so amazed about the long term effects of your method! That stuff really works! Don't believe in all the crap offered by other companies that try to sell some kind of magic method using silly gimmicks and useless techniques. Flexibility is really not that complicated! Stretching Scientifically is really all one needs to get the splits in no time...
