stretching on chairs but back is not straight

Post by vivekbaba »

Hi
I have been succesful in following your advise and can now strectch on chairs. My problem is the back does not remain straight and is bent forward.
I realized in my lower back last four vertibrae are not very flexible.I have tried many things but have not been succesful.
I cannnot afford your book as I am a student in India but have followed in principle the concept and it worked for me.I am 33 year old and according to my age group in India I would be considered very flexible.I was learning wushu.I also teach Yoga and it requires extensive stretching.
I would really appreciate if you could help me with exercise for back word bending.
Regards
Vivek

Try back bridges, gymnastic and wrestling. Yoga has similar exercises too.
