Hello all.
I have read here that doing the horseman stance would help achieve full side splits.
My question is - When doing the horseman stance do you assume, say, the seven-step, position and maintain that position for a number of minutes? OR do you do squats with weight while in that "seven-step" position? (that must hurt a lot - ouch!).
Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
