If I get sore after isometrics....

Post by Zymurgy »

If I get a little sore after isometrics, should I stop with isometrics and do high reps low weight exercises until I do isometrics with no soreness? The soreness is not bad at all but I can tell that I did isometrics the night before.

Does the soreness occur after every isometric session?Have you only just started isometrics?

If the soreness is frequent then the dynamic strength exercises would be a good idea.If you don't want to drop the isometrics you could perform them with less intensity/volume.
