About Mr Kurz Book Online

Post by boyboy400 »

dear friends:

as you can see I live in midlle east and I cant buy the book "stretching scientifically".

I have seen www.trickstutorial.com but some where Mr Kurz has said that the way described there for side split is not exactly what he has teached in his book.

now if any1 tells me what's exactly the difference between www.trickstutorial.com and Mr Kurz method I thank him(or her) alot and it will be a very great help for me. cause I practice taichi and gymnastics and I really need doing split.

if any1 has seen anyother site that discribed Mr Kurz method with illustration it also will help me alot.

Thanks any1 for reading my mssage
Thanks any1 that replies it

Have a look at the "sources" at trickstutorials - and you know which books it is taken from. It seems to be a mixture from several theories...

Just a hint: Be happy to find some free information in the internet - and don t ask too many questions like where it comes from and things - otherwise information won t be free anymore soon
