Tom Kurz,

I have seen your post with these stretch in the 7 step Horsmans stance.
Can you please explain in more depth the stretches that these do and the way you can get into the Horse riding stance.
Reason is im doing deep horseman squat with 50kg or 110 pounds of weights is to be able to get flat splits as im so close and looks like this has helped. Im 5ft 6inch and 64kg or 140 pounds.
